Healing a Wound?

Deep seated beliefs are often auto created to help the body and mind to function well. However, sometimes those beliefs malfunction and create a loop of thoughts only to replay a pattern which hurts.

Mental patterns if left on autoplay would often be replicated by the monkey mind that we have due to our biological functions. Nature of our subconscious mind is described in Shrimad Bhagwat ji as an enemy and a foe to itself.

Our heart is nothing but the subconscious mind on autoplay. When it creates a pattern, it must be doubly checked as the patterns are easy to function and sustain but are difficult to redirect. If a wrong pattern gets created in subconscious mind it will malfunction the system and ultimately can throw a destructive impact on life.

Some of those malfunctions have the capacity to create lasting wounds. Those malfunctions can be a result of pain or inputs received from external factors but how you process those inputs is within the realm of your conscious or logical mind. One wrong malfunction can throw you years back in life. And one right pattern can accelerate your growth.

When you encounter yourself in an incorrect loop, take a pause. Observe, identify and redirect (OIR). Forgive the system for the malfaction created and rectify the process.
